Hi all

sorry to be a pain but it has been niggling me mainly his blase attitude

I asked straight out will I get my money back from G:duh:

30.1.2.3>64

I am starting to get lost maybe I should have just asked this in the first place

Is the Yi basicaly telling me not to dwell on this,

I am starting to get a forest from the trees situation
I had positive feelings from the first 2 readings

Line 2 is fantastic

Line 3 is where I get this feeling of maybe I am dwelling on this situation

Hi, I just added my thoughts on this to your 50.6 thread on this matter. i said that reading appeared to me that if you carried through your intention of demanding a refund and if that is not forthcoming taking legal action then that would enable you to get a grasp on the situation and get your money back.

I think it still applies. I think this talks about your current attitude. 30.1 not yet sure how to proceed. 30.2 justice/light/clarity is on your side Steve, thats good ! We do not just pay someone money for nothing right ! And 30.3 hey this is you giving up before you even started ! C'mon shake a leg, don't give up hope, energise yourself a bit, use the muscle you do have. hex 64 well its all unfinished business...but I think you will get your money back eventually.

Builders here are notorious in never turning up when they say they will...hmm but enough is enough right ! Maybe this guy isn't a bad person as in dishonest just very slack and careless.

I think this reading says don't give up hope, shine a little light on the situation , a little clarity., look at it objectively. You know the whereabouts of this guy, you could make his life difficult if you chose and he has money of yours hes not entitled too. If he was just passing through, a con man you'd never find again then one might have to say "ah you win some you lose some' but i really don't think thats the case here, not withthe 50.6 and this reading..and didn't you also get 7.6 ? You need to get mobilised here.

Mostly threats of legal action in cases like these are enough to sort the whole thing when the offender is so clearly in the wrong. You will have evidence you have paid him I hope, bank statements, whatever.., he can't argue with that in a small claims court or whatever you have over there. He doesn't have a leg to stand on, you do. Here in UK we have a Citizens Advice Bureau that can give people in your situation free advice on how to proceed, maybe theres something like that where you are ?

BTW out of interest was this thread also about this matter some time back http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/friends/showthread.php?t=8940

I'd be interested because that reading suggested in time he'd probably get his act together..but theres waiting and theres waiting in mud as you have found. If he actually started doing the work now would you find that acceptable ?...oh checking back I see you say he is not competent for the work anyway.., just wondering about that hex 5 back then

Ok to make things clearer he claimed to be a website designer and the work he did was very bad like the back end the coding for example was very bad, like a bad construction worker yes. Not to mention the communication
So this paticular client also needed a branding package done logo's, business cards etc so I pulled him off the website and said for him to do the branding package but now he is not even doing that and he was payed in advance and was very pushy about getting the money which infuriates me more

But the whole episode he has been so hot & cold more cold causing huge amounts of stress to me and the client, I mean the client threaten me at one stage with legal action and I cant blame them.

I would find it acceptable if he completed but I would want it in writing that he would meet the deadline, he hasnt responed to me after saying I want a refund as yet

No he is not a bad person on a social level, he works in a goventment job and I dont think he has any idea of how ugly these things can get in the private sector.

Lastly yes that thread was about the same sitaution

Anyway if I dont hear anything by tomorrow evening i will be proceeding with legal action

thankyou heaps for your imput has helped get more clarity

BTW I have no idea why i thought he was a builder lol, must have associated the word 'contractor' with building for some reason.

anyhow your demand of a refund obviously got him moving !

Hi Steve

great news. By the way, if you have the time and the inclination, could you explain specifically in what ways the oracle was accurate?

I'm also wondering if

That which is bright rises twice

refers to your sub-contractor who you trusted originally, then mistrusted and now trust a second time.

Yes
basicalily he has been driving me crazy just being very un predictable and hard to get hold of. So i took him off one job and placed him on another section of the job
but even after that he was still the same
that was the original thread I posted a month or so ago about the same guy, which Trojan found
Trojan just happened to be online when I recieved the email.

Did you want to know the threads in order I mean the first thread the one above the oracle is basicaly saying that there will be waiting but he will come good and 1 month ago that was just a pipe dream at the time but as it turns out tonight I have the disc with his work complete and I am not out of pocket.

I kept seeing positive readings and there were a few people saying this in I think 4 threads

Please let me know how can help exactly , would be happy to help in anyway

this was the very first thread you can see the date and it had been going on and off since then.
