will I get paid 48>9

Recently I left a very precarious job and wonder if I'll get paid. I didn't have to give notice so they can't not pay me because I walked out.

The timesheets normally have to be signed by the parents of the children I was teaching but she won't sign them but I forwarded them anyway without her signature.

What response can I expect from forwarding my timesheets

48.1.6>9

Interesting as one of the biggest issues was not having water a lot of the time and no hot water to my paid accommodation.

Line 1 - no longer using this resource (job) to get a wage
Line 6 - I will do this type of work again and get a wage (but does it mean I'll get what's owed to me now?)

Hex 9 - setbacks and no rain from the west - the job was in the west, but don't give up.

Hi goddessliss,

48.1.6 to 9

There's no money at the bottom of the family wishing well (1),
however, the agency will make good on your pay (6).
They want you treated better than a barnyard animal (9).

Good Luck!

Thanks radiofreewill - let's hope so...they've just sent an email saying they will not pay me if the timesheets aren't signed, so I've sent an email to the parent requesting her to sign them. Let's see what happens next.

Unfortunately the parent isn't cooperating - no surprises there and she's accusing me of all sorts of rubbish, however I've now been given the organisations I can complain to about the whole situation. But in reality I don't want to go down this road...but what can you do?

What is the potential this matter will be resolved in my favour

22.3.5>42

Looks good to me in terms of it sorting itself.

You should be prepared for a delay due to formalities ~ getting the run around ~ line 3, and

a reduced payment, represented by the scanty bolts of silk, line 5,

however, things will work out in the end.

It feels like the real pressure point in this reading has to do with increasing your self awareness. Going through the dispute process, the agency is going to look at your past employs for credibility and a track record that they can use to offset the family's complaints about you.

If the perceived pattern is that the "governess becomes the most difficult child" wherever she's placed, supporting the family's position, and your response is a list of rationalizations for each situation, then there's no reason to think that some version of this same scenario won't happen again, and again, wherever you go.

At this point, it seems you need the dispute process in order to face your own contribution to the situation ~ don't run away from it. One of the greatest milestones that any meditator can reach, in my opinion, is "the four great words" ~ It must be me.

Once you look at yourself in the self-reflection mirror and 'see' that you are central to both creating and solving your problems, then you realize that this is a blessing in disguise ~ you have the power to shape the quality of your life...which is much better than saying "oh, well" and getting blown around like a tumbleweed from one unsatisfying place to the next.

The beauty of this situation may be that it allows you to see yourself as you are, and thereby increase your radiance.

I hope this helps!

My own contribution to the situation? That I went in with my eyes wide shut?

I understand that many on here would be thinking oh here with go again Liss is got another drama going on with others which is very true in itself.
In the past I always believed myself to be a victim and took everything personally plus I blamed myself, felt guilty and anxious wondering all the time whether it was all my fault even though I could see that the people involved were not very nice or whatever - childhood conditioning.
This time I don't feel victimised, nor anxious about this outcome more pi.... off than anything, not self righteous just really? do we have to go through this crap to get what is rightfully mine.

This experience has given me more self confidence and inner peace than I've experienced ever in my life....finally.

Whether I decide to fight the fight or not is another question but what I do know is that I'm going to do a whole lot more research and ask a whole lot more questions before I sign up for anything again in my life.

I didn't take it that way, liss ~ I don't mind being challenged ~ you sound strong to me! :)

I hope it all goes well, and that you get the pay you're due.

Many blessings!

Sorry becalm & thanks for the update.

I'm pursuing a lawsuit against the company I worked for because not only they didn't pay me for the last 5 months, but want to pay a lesser amount than what we initially agreed with & the employer hasn't paid the insurance completely.

I understand the stress, specially now that I live by my own.

So many people get taken advantage of and it's happened to me that many times. Probably partly because I'm so good natured which is why I took such a stand with my present landlady. All she has to do is come back and offer me a longer lease and everything can be resolved but no, she's obviously not prepared to 'give in'. It's frustrating for me but in the long run she's the one that's going to keep losing great tenants.

I'm sorry you're going through that, I feel for you - I hope it sorts it out before Christmas at least. Being on your own does make it a tougher situation for many reasons.

I remember a question I asked once about the potential for something - in hindsight, I think the reading was how it could happen - potential in that sense. Whether it would or not is a different matter. In mine, it didn't.
