Will I get the apartment? Conflicting information. 8.3 > 39

I'm apartment hunting. I was shown what I think is a great place. Before I decided to submit the application I asked Yi-- what if I moved here? 34.4 > 11.

This seems auspicious to me. I got excited and came home to fill out the application before coming up against a roadblock in retrieving my pay stubs. I will have to wait until tomorrow to apply which is stressful considering how competitive finding an apartment can be. So I asked Yi-- will I get the apartment? 8.3 > 39. What?

Are these two readings not at odds with each other? I suppose they both involve an obstruction (unable to get my pay stubs to apply right away). 8.3 seems to be telling me I'm heading towards a bad union with this apartment. Or maybe it is telling me that I won't get it but if I had gotten it, it would've been a good thing (34.4). Or, maybe this is an obstacle referred to in 34.4. I'm confused. Maybe it is too soon to tell. Should I move forward with this application?

Edit: I don't really like inundating myself and Yi with questions, but sometimes I get swept away as I have with this. I did ask if I should move forward with the application. 28.5>32.

8.3 can simply be meeting with things not of human nature or not of your nature and these can be for example systems, computer systems things like that and even animals.

All the line says is

'seeking union with non-people' (Hilary's translation) and someone once got the line about a cat ! I've had it about people who just aren't my kind, or people I don't understand but they aren't necessarily bad people. I've also had it a few times concerning systems, situations like where 'the computer says no', that kind of thing. I was once bidding on a housing system and got that which referred tot he system itself. I see almost as 'not of your species', also had it about spirits. Perhaps the 8.3 referred to temporary hiccup with the money ?

I agree 34.4 is a very good reading for the move.

8.3 referring to the hiccup with the money seems so obvious in retrospect... Much preferred over an issue with bad people in the building. Feeling hopeful!
