I've asked a few times this week and always get answers I have a hard time interpreting. I asked again today if I'm going to get the job.

I'm not really sure if this is a pep talk or a decision to hire me.

That's what Yi says. The word 'uncertainty' is not there.

This is carrying dead wood or incompetent people. If an army carries corpses they are encumbered.

You asked for a 'yes' or 'no'. It looks more like a no than a yes if we take it this organisation carries dead wood, hires the wrong people, is not efficient. OTOH it's not impossible it might indicate you do get it as it's hard to know what or who the corpses are. Sometimes it can be one's own ideas.

If I had to guess I'd say it's a 'no', the place lacks efficient leadership. But if you were going in as a manager it might indicate you cutting that dead wood. Or maybe the company have to make cuts.

What would happen? 45 sacrifice your desire (45.2), widen your horizons (45.5), repair to the ancestral temple. 40 freedom from entanglement.

Maybe there is an advice here, 7.3 leads to 46 suggesting working on yourself, applying for other jobs.
Pushing upward, unswerving will to get a job.
