Will it be good for me if i quit from my job ?hexagram 39 unchanging

Hello I was wandering what the meaning of 39 unchanging might be.... I dont like at all my current job..i work very hard its day for responsibilities of others ..the payment is not good at all and besides this i don like a job felling like i have ocd syndrome its not creative(i dont have something with people with ocd but its not for me).
I dont know why i dont have quit yet..i havent found another job in my town( small town)neither to a bigger .
Im afraid that i will found myself not in a betterment situation if i leave this job now...but in the other side i believe that now iam young enough to tight for my life and what i want.

So the hexagram 39 in iths unchanging form says me that the fear is inside me? Or i cat do nothing but see the lesson of this obstruction?

Look for another job while you have this one.

Never ever leave a job without having found a new one, especially in 2020 and especially during a pandemic; but generally speaking, it is much easier to find a new job while you are employed
