Will my brother get Divorce or not

I have tossed the coins to know if my Younger brother will get Divorce or not, by when the issue will get settle? I am asking this because the cases are running from Feb 2008.

Very happy for interepting the 30 Hexagram, for my younger brother's Divorce. My brother applied for divorce in September 2008.
In 2008 Ending or strating of 2009 My brother's wife has filed cases for maintaince case and dowry violence on all the family members ( me, brother, sister, and mother). Everyone knew this is a false case but no one is coming forward to support us. She has committed sucide many times and harased my brother. and now with the cases.
The maintaince case was not in favour of my brother, so we are al in dripression on what will happen further.
Now my bother is looking for the custody of the 2 male children. Will he be able to get them.

Is it possiable to identify how this is going to take place.

I thank from my bottom of heart for saying it will be completed by this year.

Hexagram 30, not sure. Always had trouble understanding this one. 30 does speak of clinging, so in terms of divorce sound opposing... But then again alwasy had trouble understanding 30.

Sounds pretty tough Guatam, you may want to look (for your brother) into MRA (Mens Rights Activists) literature on how to handle this situation. Violent women are very often condoned where a man is condemned. False accusations are notorious and are widespread across society. But our society still thinks all women are angels. Many courts are bias against men. I wish you and your brother the best of luck.

If your brother asked for custody of the 2 male children early in the divorce, then he has a better chance. If he asked for custody after the court awarded maintenance to the wife, then the court would consider the request as punishment for the wife and an attempt to reduce payments, and would refuse his request. Thank you very much .
My brother has not asked for custody in the begining, he is asking for now, still the divorce is going on, tomorrow is his adjoining. The girl has to produce the witness. We all knew that she is producing false witness. but we are helpless.

We have contacted the men's cell but no hopes so far. As the case is filled up.

Even the laywer we have appointed has not filled a petion for the maintance as it is very hig for my brother to pay her. So he is looking to take the children and reduce the maintance. As we are sure that the girl is ready to get married again.
