First off just to say I am actually taking tablets to lower my pressure, so the question was not about ignoring my doctor’s commands. Rather I am searching for alternatives andI have read that IF can help with blood pressure. The answer seems to be a clear yes, encouragement.
Does anyone have any deeper insights? (One of the first times for me where I feel I understand the answers
Thanks

This line struck me:

14 - 3: ...petty men are harmed by their possessions, because instead of sacrificing them, they keep them for themselves.

...
Intermittent fasting is a kind of sacrifice. What is meant by "possessions" is in your case food. You sacrifice it for a greater good (which is your overall health), which of course is very favorable.

Perhaps you may be able to donate some of the money you save by fasting to people in need or a charity, so your sacrifice becomes a twofold one and even more get's you the blesssings from heaven the last changing line speaks of.
