work application hex 37.5>22 and hex 27 UC

hi good morning everyone this is my first post! I am Carlos. I am using I ching since a year. I am still learning. I would like to ask if somebody can comment on this casting

Shall I apply for this job? HEX 37.5>22

The job is an account manager in a big office, might be stressful but I feel I have the skills. Other job I can apply for which is simpler but in the same company and implies checking the content gives me hex 27 UC. I think that the second result is saying I should concentrate on what ''feeds'' me best, and the first one says that even though I feel I am not up to the task, this will be very beneficial for me and I should go with it in spite of the initial setback. Am I right?

Wilhelm interpretation. Could this mean that I will fail with my application?

but the main hexagram (37) should be more important than the relating one (22) am I right?

The most important thing in this particular one line reading is the line itself, 37.5. The more change lines there are the more of a role the relating/second hexagram plays.

The relating hexagram is not 'the outcome' as Wilhelm says, that really makes no sense in actual readings, it's the backdrop/context, where you stand. It's nonsense to say this
