work situation

I am having repeated failures at work in spite of seeing success i.e something uncontollable goes wrong in the end even after I have done the work..so the net is zero.
this has happened not once but 6-7 times to the extent that I start thinking if someone has put a hex on me.

today i asked the question" will i get laid off from my job soon"
I got hexagram 28.1.5.6 changing to 14.
please help and advise

It says that you should have paid proper attention to what you were meant to be doing, you really needed to get it sorted out why you were making mistakes and now there is no chance for further growth, your job is literally dieing and so it seems everything is to late now as the last line says that you are in deep, deep trouble, so it looks like the end is coming.

I wanted to put some details...Actually the failures are not due to my mistakes..the company also recognizes that..the failures were due to the companys inability to execute the projects. From my end I have the signed contracts and wins..but due to the companys incompetency they are not delivered. My Manager has maintained that it is not my fault. I am still trying and working on a new deal

but the question in my mind was how long this will go on..since whatever the reason my net is Zero..

also I had in my mind when I asked the question of somebody else who has been offering me a job...should I approach himm...but ofcourse my main concern was regardless of it being the company's fault are they going to fire me soon

Thanks Willowfox as always for your insights that are always so helpful. I will wait and watch and for a month or so and discuss my situation with my present employer and then take a decision based on that...
