would like help translating reading into a course of action

A friend of mine has recently fallen into a bit of financial trouble, and feeling an urge to help, but not knowing the best way to do so, I did a reading to perhaps give me some insight. I'm having trouble extracting practical advice from it though, and so, I would like some help doing so. The reading came as follows: hexagram 50 (the vessel) changing to hexagram 35 (advancing).

I think it's close to impossible to give some practical advice without any background; maybe if you write what' your friend does for living, what they can do to resolve the situation etc., you will get help in interpretation; also - it's important that you write your own take on it.
The casting could mean plethora of things - from metaphysical insights to quite practical advice - such as starting a catering business oriented at clients with special diets (ie. vegan, low carb, kosher, hallal etc.), but without more input there is no way to know.

the gist of the situation is that there was a mix up with some government aid and now owes 1000 dollars which at her current job is much more than she can afford. i guess maybe im being to specific. id really like to have an interpretation aside from the poetic, allegorical reading originally offered.

It would be a lot more helpful to people if you would write that down as 50.2,3>34


She should try offering the government reimbursement in the smallest increments allowable.
