So I was posting on another community board about some resources. It became a fairly popular thread and ultimately one respected member (and fellow I like) went on a single-post jag that called out another member (and included link to news article) who has comitted two serious thefts many years ago. Those thefts directly related to the subject of this community. That first poster almost got burned by aforementioned former crooked operator. A second member responded with a forgive and forget sentiment as a significant period of years has past. A third very respected member chimed in later (the person who was responsible for discovering and reporting one of these crimes.)

I asked the Iching how I should handle this as my thread is otherwise so cool (though to be honest I find this turn of events to be rather interesting as I was unaware of the whole debacle.). My gut says don’t reply at all to anything and I’m certainly not going to.

Iching describes this situation accurately.

47. Confined
Line 3:
Closed in by rocks.
Pulling away thorns and thistles,
to go into his house.
He does not see his wife.
Misfortune.
Being unpleasantly closed in by the situation, which is severely limiting. Things don't go well.
(This is about rocks that have fallen onto the house in an avalanche. Thorns and thistles are in the way because they have come with the rocks. The wife might be somewhere underneath.)

I hadn’t realized that the rocks and thistles were describing an avalanche. Thank you!
