I don't know what the 'path of the heart' means but 47.2 doesn't sound nearly as noble as that. From Hilary's translation in WikiWing

I see this as a time to make concessions, offerings, in order to get through a time of some difficulty. Although these scarlet sashes who want the offering and the concessions and all that....well they generally aren't nearly as important as they think they are but nonetheless one has to make a show of respect in proportion to the demands of the situation.

Agree with Trojina, there's no "heart" anywhere in this reading.
47.2 shows that someone feels really bad in a particular situation, trapped, suffocating.
This person has got both the basics (food) and some enterntainment too (wine, celebrations).
However they're still not happy, because they are in a 'kneeling'/inferior position.
Any drastic action by the trapped person will bring misfortune.
So since there's no "heart" in the reading, over to "greed and threats":
If you are the oppressed person in the above described position, don't ask for more and don't threaten.
If you are the oppressor, then you can do anything you want, the oppressed person won't complain.
