I will keep this short, my experiences in the reading of 18 unchanging are fairly straight forward in the way of advice.

It like attention clean up on aisle 3 someone has knocked over a case of honey and you will be required to clean it. Things either emotionally or physically need to be rectified. Thats the advice for me, and generally it should not be neglected, well thats the advice anyway.

I usually get the reading in my business when I am way behind or just have a mountain of work, when you usually cast 18 unchanging, you probably know what needs to be done anyway. Yi just acts like an alarm clock, so again its something you usually cannot ignore or shouldnt.
