God's Mind speaks through the I Ching/lots. In my experience, one must 'calibrate' their relationship with the Oracle. On 3 separate occasions have someone hide an item under 6 hats while you are not in the room. Come back, and in front of your friend, Ask God, "Allah (or title of your persuasion), please reveal to me the location of 'said item' by assigning the lowest hexagram to my respective drawing of the hats:"

You will find, if you qualify as the person described in Hexagram 25, that God is NEVER wrong; revealing the location of 'said item' through H3 (Hexagram 3), the lowest hexagram just as you intelligently asked your Father to reveal.
This is also how one can ask God "Yes" or "No" questions.
Objectively test your relationship and Re-spect active Intelligence. Do you really have a relationship with God or are you one of the many that must go through a Master of the Oracle to commune with God's Mind?
May you prove yourself worthy. It will thus behoove you to peruse The TAO for CEOS and Investors and bring this world some much-needed charity... "Allah, would you please reveal to me the winning numbers to 'local lottery' ?'" ...many times we ask for things not ordained by God.
"The lot is cast into the lap but it's every decision is from the LORD." -Proverbs 16:33; Acts 1:26... Consecrate = 'A Filled Hand' in ancient Hebrew.
*This method is adapted from my interaction with the Ifa Oracle; I was surprised that the I Ching can be calibrated exactly as the Ifa Oracle is and can also answer yes or no questions and group questions as displayed above ... never forget that one is interacting with the Supreme Intelligence; one is only limited by ones ability to ask questions.
