I just wrote a software that allow members access to an Asian astrology chart (Tu Vi) in English.

Click the link below to run the program:

- Enter your birthday on the bottom
- Click "To Lunar Calendar" to convert your birthday to lunar calendar.
- Select your gender (sex)
- Select your birth-time

Your chart will automatic update as you start to enter the data.
I also create a button "Create Link", click the button. The software will pop-up another window with your birth-data.
You can copy the linkage and post the linkage on the forum for consulting your chart with other members.

I've tried your software..and it gave me an unaccurate chart (I draw my chart manually -step by step- years ago)

The best software on Zi Wei I know is the one from Joseph Yu; but it is expensive.

For free, the most accurate I've found is here (you can have your natal chart in one box, and the chart with the 10 year and 1 year Luck in another box)

Maybe, the translation for the star's name might not be the best one out there. If you are not clear of any specific stars, just post an example of any birth-date here using the linkage on the software. I will be more than happy to discuss any stars plus the method / computation for that stars.

Let's try this one: July 6th, 1974. 13:15 Male

Your software gives the followings stars in the Wife Palace:
Banner; Luck; Dragon's Virtue; Goddes of Joy; Suffocation; River; Puberty

With that date and hour, I draw and empty Wife Palace. But that could be explained if you take much more minor stars than me (or most of software-- i tried this date in 2 diferent programs, and in both cases I get empty Wife Palace)

I don't know any vietnamise; but I guess that what you call Luck (Thiên Phúc) corresponds to Tian Tong in chinesse. In that case, let me tell you that Tian Tong with this date is not to be placed in Wife but Sibling Palace.

Yes, I see your point. Most of the software out there only contains the major stars: the 9 stars in the Big Dipper + 7 stars in the Southern Hemisphere Dipper + sun + moon + 1 north star (polaris)

With only those stars, yes you will have no stars on the wife palace. My software tooks a step futher than the normal astrology charts. It also contains over 100 major & minor stars, thus giving the chart a better view of destiny

As for the star "Tian Tong" 天同, that star is equivalent to the star "Thien Dong" in Vietnamese. The direct translation is the "Fortune Star". It is also one of the star in the Little Milk Dipper in constellation Saggittarius. For your example:
Astrology Chart

Tian Tong would be the star named "Servitor" in the Sibling palace.

Earlier version, I translate the major stars with the named of the star in the sky, thus causing some confusion (even to me). This time I have corrected to give more accurate translation. Here is the list of the stars on the software:

So, let's try another aproach.

2.- what would you say to him about marriage life and characteristics of his wife?

He is attractive to a lot of women, but unable to maintance his partner happiness, due to the unstable employment.

i managed to open the link, but i don't understand what does it mean "place 9 star ki for year" and where.
then: in the upper part which date is going on seen that i have to put my birthday in the lower part of the page...?

Hi Neegula

In VoTRi's page:

Step 1: Set the dat of your birthday in the lower line "day..month..year... To lunar calendar"
Step 2: push To lunar calendar. You would see that automatically, the upper date "day..month..year...moon calendar" changes. (That means: you set your western date in the lower part, and the software sets automatically the chinesse date in the upper part)
Step 3: select the right gender in the upper part and the right scope of your hour of birth in the middle part

In Zi Wei, there are cicles of fortune, there is the 10 years cicle and the 1 year cicle. Some stars changes depending on the cicle, other stars doesn't change. So, in VoTRi's page, you can select the year you want to research, to see the correct chart for that year. The year 2009 is stablished as default option, but you can change it to research other years

ok, i did it!!!
i should put now together words to make complete sentences... i guess there are many words in palaces that correspond directly to some simbolism that i don't know.

and: the plus + before a word stands for what it is present, and minus -, on hte right side of each palace means something that is missing?

i googled to find info to make interpretion 'cause this calendar is very new (and interesting) to me; you suggets other links for explanations, interpretation?

I know this is an old thread, but first off, I would like to thank VoTri for the link to an English version of Ziweidoushu which includes minor stars as well as the major stars. I also find that the rating system of placement of stars is very useful.

I also was wondering if anyone would be able to give insight as to my career house? Astrologers have always told me I would do well, but it sure hasn't been the case, and I'm also curious as to what the two stars Lian Zhen and Tan Lang with their bad placement, would mean in terms of my career? any other insights would be helpful as well!
