Been struggling with my sleep lately. Not refreshing, waking up a lot, nightmares....
I woke up yesterday at 4 a.m. and since I was so upset asked Yi on how I can improve my sleep. In my case bad sleep causes me not just bad health , but also accidents on the road. Got 62.1.4.5.6 to 37. Family and small details? Flying birds? I exercise, take certain supplements, do relaxation exercises...Still...

Perhaps the need for more exercise and fresh air, an a few glasses of wine or something before sleeping.
