I've tried to find a copy of this book without luck. First I contacted the institute in Taiwan who published it but got no reply. Then I searched for it and found one on Amazon, but when trying to order it, it wasn't for sale.. sold ? Any clue where to buy it ???

Looks like the same one. I was lucky to find the book in a small used book store, in the days before ABE.
