Hexagram 19. cautions that it is good to prepare for the unknown future and also assures us that there are teachers and guides available if we look for them so I think this is an encouragement that the desire to develop one's intuition is a good thing and further more, you particularly might benefit from working with a teacher or guide to strengthen your natural skills.

Hexagram 34. emphasizes the point of power is in The Present - rather than being lost in past lives or overly concerned about future ones.

Together I think there is a message here encouraging you to use your psi abilities to be mindful of alternative realities and what might happen in the future but also a reminder that we must live in the here and now. Maybe also a nudge to apply your gifts in a useful way in your present circumstances.

I will try to follow what you say,seems encouraging...
At first though, i thought 19.3 points at wishful thinking on my part...
I thought it calls for proper use..like not for silly musings but really opening up and being more in the flow...which i really dont know what is exactly...
