I have a question about your book. I would like to buy a copy but not through Amazon, twice I have paid with my debit card through Amazon and both times my card was hacked while being processed by them, so I no longer trust Amazon.

Hello! Thanks for asking. I can't sell you a pdf version of the book directly, I'm afraid - the publisher has the rights. But perhaps you could email me your postal address, and send me the funds via Paypal, and then I could order the book from Amazon and have it posted to you?
