Hallo group,
I posed a question to the oracle this way:
Give me an opinion regarding my decision to start this "new project"...
the answer was
12 (stagnation)
with a 9 in the 6th line
changing to 45 (gathering together)

as usual I am puzzled by the seemingly contradiction between the first hexagram and the second...
I have learned from this group, not to consider the second hexagram a future outcome anymore
but this time is exactly what it looks like: to go from a stagnant situation to a situation of harvesting

I've had this exact cast quite a few times, and every time it meant for me this:

This is not a time for stagnating in a situation which has proved to be no good.
Someone must/should/wants to make a move towards a formed/formal group of people.
There is also a sense of moving away from a failed 1-to-1 collaboration (12), and towards a group (45).

The 2nd hex means different things to different people, there's no consensus, so see what it means to you.
