I got relationship problems with them(one is my manager and one is my executive coordinator).

So I asked yi
Q: (how to deal with them at office?)
I got hex 34 and made some interpretations.

Perseverance furthers.

Hex 34 sounds great for me if I do not resign from current company.

Line 3 -Small people use vigor. The noble man uses nets. Determination:*danger.
The he-goat butts a hedge, entangles its horns.
(Line 3 ) Suggests me to work quietly so I will not be forced into danger, even if I am in an inferior or Subordinate position.*

Line 4 - Determination*auspicious.*Regrets*disappear.
The fence breaks open, no entanglement.
The vigor of a big cart's axle.*
(It suggests me that not to use force when I deal with them.)
Have to deal with them by calm and intelligent perseverance. The power of the Superior Man(I) should not show itself openly.

Line 5- Losing sheep at Yi. Without*regret.
I dun get what yi suggest for line 5 honestly.

What I see is without taking risks with them, can't handel for relationship.(line 5)

I just interpreted into simple way but i think
It doesn't make sense to deal with them.

Somebody clearheaded, please help make sense - I have made quite a riddle out of this probably very simple answer!

Don't throw too much energy at the difficulties (34.3) that can entrap you. Just allow things to resolve by themselves which might mean losing some face on your part (line 5) but it doesn't matter.

I think 60 here asks for proportion. Don't spend huge amount of time and energy on the problems, don't notice them, let a lot more go by..if you can.

Obviously not knowing how serious things are that is easy to say but that is what i see the reading as saying
