Good evening,I asked the Yi if a person will contact me again? And the answer was 13 unchainging. I already read the thread about 13 Uc, but I want to know your POV in a similar yes/no question...don't know what to make of it. Anyway, I'll update. Thanks

In a similar question about contact from someone, for me 13 unchanging meant "no", the person didn't contact me.

Update.The person didn't contact me again so far, I think I can say it's definitive.
