I need help with interpreting both of the above hexagrams to help me make a decision of choice. I have to choose which contract to take on the house I am selling. I have two people asking for contracts with different terms and conditions. Out of the two hexagrams 36.1 and 40.4 which one sounds like the more positive?

I would go for 40.4 > 7 if these were my only two choices.
