    Default 9.3.5.6>19 help with business

I need your help in relation to the business that I work for.
It is an ApartHotel and we would like to increase our bookings.
The season till now is disappointing so I need to do something but I don't know what...

    What should we do?
    9.3.5.6 >19

9.3 Arguments between the couple or stop of action I can't do anything.
9.5 The staff must be kind, sincere etc toward the guest. We do our best with that.
9.6 We must calm down and everything is going to be alright?

19 working towards the best outcome possible

    Any help please?

9.5. rich in your neighbour: Whatever your neighbour ist, look around ... anyway, in my experience this is also about presents. Little gifts. Look at the details!

The general image is probably to do your best - and to wait for better times to come, and they will, and there is not much you can do about it. But a little, there is. Look at the details, see whatever you can change to the better. These can be little things, but they sum, and in the end you can invite more guests.
Maybe do renovations, or make new images of your place.

Thank you very much Mandarin for posting!

    Look at the details
Right... I think we should be much more careful with the details.

There are a lot of ways that I can interpret the reading... I am thinking all the time about it...
Perhaps I should find more neighbors - tour operators?
