What do you feel the differences are in the meanings and implications of these two hexagrams?

All translations from Wilhelm-Bayes:

14:
Judgment: "Possession in Great Measure. Supreme success."
Image: "Fire in heaven above: the image of Possession in Great Measure. Thus the superior man curbs evil and furthers good, and thereby obeys the benevolent will of heaven."

55:
"Abundance has success. The king attains abundance. Be not sad. Be like the sun at midday."
"Both thunder and lightning come: the image of Abundance. Thus the superior man decides lawsuits and carries out punishments."

In a way, the images have a relationship. Arguably, deciding lawsuits and carrying out punishments is curbing evil and furthering good and obeying the will of heaven.

In my experience, 14 seems to be saying a giant "YES" to whatever course of action I've proposed. 14 seems to be saying something like "You're sitting pretty. All is well."

55 is more equivocal. Even though it is abundant, it also is more of a dangerous situation. Like an emperor at its height, it's liable to face attacks from all sides, in the face of which it's necessary to maintain the utmost confidence.

What do you feel?
