I live in New York. This past winter, a power transformer exploded in Astoria, causing the sky to glow blue. Last night, a portion of Manhattan from Times Square to Upper West Side suffered a power outage due to a manhole explosion. My mom had to walk to Queensborough bridge so my father can pick her up. The company that provides power to New York is ConEd.

What is going on with ConEd? 15 uc Integrity. Is it their equipment is outdated?
