Tantalizing news (without a picture) of an archaeological find here:

http://www.china.org.cn/english/features/Archaeology/185210.htm

The piece of pottery, 4,500 years old, and found in Huaiyang, Henan Province, is described as having inscriptions that "are similar in shape to those found in the Ba Gua".

Anyone find a picture of this yet?

Do they perhaps just mean the water character, which was similar to the Gua for water and quite common in Jia Gu Wen and pottery inscriptions before it?

I can't remember where I found the photo of the piece of spinning weel but it should be the attachment.
