I have it. It?s a nice book, but I?m at my work right now, so I can?t give you a review, yet. I thought it was to expensive for it?s meaning and not worth the price, but it?s that expencive because it?s printed by a publisher who publish in small quantities, for a small market... It is unique material, so I bought it anyway, but it?s worth the half of the price... When I have time I will look deeper into it (remind me later :-D)

I did NOT forget it to write about the book, and hopefully will soon, but there is some other stuff, and other questions on this board, on my mind and I have in years not been reading thhis book that good so I can give you a good reading... BUT... I will give you one, so hang on :-D...
