Hi Bob,
Jim Gross, who created the Astro-dice a set of 3 12-sided dice (planet glyphs, sign glyphs and house numbers) to allow an astrological dice oracle also put together a pair of 8-sided dice (two pyramids fused together) with the trigrams on them.

He published his book with such dice under the name: Chinese Fortune Dice apparently in 1987 though Amazon calls it "Out of Print--limited availability". Jim is retired now, I saw in some article online; but you could probably either find him who might have some of his book and/or his dice still or a copy of his book with dice in it somewhere as an out of print book.
