I Ching beginner, first time posting here. I received a curious answer from the oracle and would appreciate your help in deciphering it.

It's my best friend's birthday today. We're living far away from each other and, although I sent him a postcard, I'm sure it didn't arrive in time.

It's 7:25 pm here in Rio de Janeiro right now, and I asked the I Ching:

What is the best gift I can give my friend today?

The answer: Hexagram 64, moving lines 3 and 6

I'm not sure at all what that means. Can it have anything to do with the fact that the day is almost ending?
