I just did the iching to check if this close friend of mine will be able to get a job and move to one particular country. I got the response as 58.6>10. Not sure how to interpret this.

Any help is most appreciated.
Would also be grateful if long yi could give his version of analysis.

I believe it's still unknown. Your friend really wants to do that. However it will prove difficult, and your friend will need to be very careful in the process. Because of resulting 10, your friend might keep trying.
