You asked a "yes or no" question, and you included the word "chance" in it. Both of those things muddy the works, in my opinion. So how about asking again, but not in a yes/no form.
It isn't clear if you already applied, but if not, how about something like...
"What will happen if I apply to ???"
Or how about
"What do I need to know about getting in to ???"
