Hello!

I have a question. We have been changing of room of practice for a sport association, that lead us to change of town. One member of my board want, as we are in the new town and as he is

local councillor , changing of Head Office adress. Is it appropriate??

I asked Yi to advice me what to do relating this change of HO for the association.
Answer 50.4.5 to 57

thank you

Regardie,

Line 50.4 presages some amount of bad luck. Perhaps with the local councillor or someone else being unable to fulfill his duties. Yet this is followed by 50.5, which is a really good line. The 57 indicates that it may take some time to get it all sorted out, as you would expect from such a big move. This is a positive reading, in my opinion, mainly because of that 50.5. It indicates that the problems encountered in line 4 will be overcome.

Hexagram 50 is the Cauldron, in which sustenance is cooked up for the many to eat from. I think in this case, the Cauldron in question is the office itself. Line 4 says "The cauldron's legs break off, the stew is upset"- the supports that kept the cauldron stable are destroyed- I think this refers to disrupting the stability of the organization by changing the address. Line 5 says, "The cauldron has golden carrying rings"- it's already a precious thing, "perseverance furthers"- keep on with the status quo and don't upset a situation which doesn't need to be changed- in other words, keep things Natural and Innocent, like Hexagram 57. That's what I'm seeing here, in any case.

I read the hexagram 50 in its sense of Establishment of the New Regime. With that view in mind, I take the fourth line moving to indicate some disappointment, probably someone who is unable to fulfill their duties. Yet the fifth line moving is a very good indicator that the move to the new location will end up successfully, that whatever deficiencies come to light with line 4 will be overcome and the new head office will be established.

Please keep us up-to-date on what's happening ...

Thank you ginnie and redarmada for your answers!

Yes I took time to answer as I know sometimes YI could be surprising in different levels of answers.
To answer, we didn't change of HO because, we are back in our old, well known room of practice. In fact, a new noisy and potentialy disturbing activity started in a room near ours. So one another member of my board told us she doesn't want to go on practicing in the new room...so we are back in last year room :)

I hope that the member that proposed this changed isn't angry about that.... He told us it was not but...

Best regards!

reg!
