Hi everyone
In november 2012 i asked the Yi:
Why doesn't he contact me? What is he doing?
61.1 > 59 (inner feeling > dissolution)

It was a guy who had asked for time to make up his mind. He had another woman and i was not commiting before he decided what he wanted.
He disappeared and for a month said abosolutely nothing.
In the end i asked what was happening and i got a mail. In thag mail he didn't tell me what happened really. I got to know it recently.

Now, if you had that answer what would you have thought? I will tell you what happened later...

In the same day i asked "what should I do about this situation?" And i got
25.1.4.5 > 23 (inocence > desintegration)

Well, it didn't sound incipent, but with a guy one never knows...

Basically, the other girl got pregnant...
He was probably too ashamed of himself, after all he said to me, so he kept quiet as a mouse until i asked by sms what the hell was going on.
Still, he didn't tell me the truth but wrote a rambling about him not being what i idealized (!!!?), and thanking me (!!!!?) for all i gave him. But no answer to phone calls. Never heard a word from him anymore. And he knew i would find out, and it would be probably painful to me... So much he cared, ãnh?

Now i found out about the other one being pregnant and i was wondering if this answer could tell...

I feel very proud of myself. Although i was very much in love, and wanted very much to be with him then, i waited before commiting wholly, and i didn't make any pressure.

I feel relief for not being involved with such a man.

Dettaching myself totally has been a progressive thing.
Last time i asked what was i to him, what did i represent, besides all the words and promises (me involved with such a liar, when i give so much value to being truthful and genuine!!! Amazing!), the Yi answered:

In hexagram 24 lines one and two are neighbors, and one is yang and one yin. Therefore the possibility of a certain type of relationship does exist, but hexagram twenty four over all does not easily lend itself to relationships. It indicates a new start. It is probably that he had a certain type of interest in you, possibly just sexual, but the affairs of the heart are lacking. The first and second lines in hexagram twenty four indicate a situation that has just started but not ready to pick up any steam, and then it speaks of returning, as if you have to start all over again, which is apparently what happened. Hexagram 7 would indicate you need to take charge of yourself and start your life over again from this point.

I had a crazy dream 2 days ago. This guy called me and i was trying to have a "normal" conversation. Then he became silent and breathing heavily and i wanted to put down the phone but my mobile was a cushion and had no buton to put off the phonecall. I almost panicked and i yelled at him that he had some nerve, after what he had done to me. Finally i could put off the phonecall.
Funny, the cushion thing. It was really unnerving to have this soft thing in my hands...

One thing I might add about the structure of hexagram twenty four is that the lower trigram is "Chen" the eldest son, and great force, while the upper trigram and the nuclear trigrams are all "K'un", or the woman. So the hexagram shows a great thrust into the woman. Therefore it does have sexual connotations. Another way of looking at it is that the trigram chen is the son, or the offspring, while the upper and nuclear trigrams refer to the mother, indicating a pregnancy. There are so many ways to read it.

I received this answer for a very similar question, only two days ago. It was regarding my elder brother across the country, whom I hadn't heard from in awhile, though we have formed a deep bond in recent months. I knew he had recent surgery and was I anxious to hear from him and check on his progress.

I received an email from him hours later, saying that he'd been extremely tired and was doing a lot of sleeping, and he generally felt awful during his recovery. He's normally a workaholic, active with his church (building temples), visits our mom and runs errands and such for her. He was conflicting over receiving help and benefits, being a conservative who has always been just to the right of Barry Goldwater, politically. My advice to him at age 74 was to release his habitual drive to carry so much weight, that it is ok for him to receive back some of what's he's put in all his working life since age 17, without shame. He promised to give consideration to the 59 type idea. But we've had that discussion before. One could say 'his special designs are disquieting' to him. I told him, let go and let God.
