h40 to me is like untie knots. I could read it in two ways. Either as an advise to untie those knots that makes you feel not that confident, or deliver yourself from calling you unconfident . I guess there are reason makes you feel like that. Don't be harsh with your self just explore them as if it were someones else and not you. we tend to be more compassionate for others than for ourself.
