I’ve spent far, far too long browsing this. (Yes, I know it’s meant for 9 to 11 year olds.) The maps of ancient China are great (select your dynasty); you can explore the interior of a Zhou tomb (with abundant photos of vessels, weapons and jade); you can read the inscription on a Zhou bronze column by column with translation. You can even watch an animated story of Pan Gu in the cosmic egg, if you’re so inclined.
