You can now order the complete webinar recording – spoken conversation, text chat and slides – and transcript from this handy order form for I Ching webinar recording.
The cost is the same as for the original tickets: £7, currently about $13. I admit I had planned to charge more than that, now I’ve added the transcript as well, but Yi set me straight on that in short order.
(If you came to the webinar, don’t order this: check your email! I sent you the login details yesterday. )
The transcript is in pdf format – compatible with all computers – and I’ve neatened it up and added a clickable table of contents so you can see what’s there at a glance, and go straight to what interests you. (I thought you might appreciate this, as it’s over 15,000 words long!)
The screen recording is available as either ‘wmv’ files or as Flash. You can actually play wmv files on a Mac, I found, if you download the Windows Media Player for Mac. (Maybe with Real Player as well – can some Mac-owning person tell me?) The Flash option is there in case you don’t want to, or for anyone who’d rather have a smaller file to download.
Please note all these screen recording files are big: the wmv files are around 30MB each (3 files); even the Flash files are 17MB or so. It is possible to download things this size over a dial-up connection, but I’d recommend using a download accelerator that will resume the download if it breaks off in midstream. (And choosing a time when no-one urgently needs to use the phone 😉 )
There will be a CD ROM version available later. But I won’t be able to set it up for a while now, as I’m on call to help Mum move house. I’m told there are boxes to pack, carpets to hoover, and freezers to defrost – and somehow I don’t think I’ll be creating any CDs. I should be back at work on or after the 16th, all being well. Wish us luck!

Talk about value added!!!! Just wanted to say thanks for a truly awe-inspiring maiden voyage, Hilary. It was a real delight to hear Stephen in his own words present this fast-paced and wide-ranging seminar, with thought-provoking questions and comments from the participants (I was the silent one in the back of the room….). I’ve just downloaded the transcript — THANK YOU for the fully tabbed table of contents for easy navigation and all the bonus goodies. This is SO much more than my money’s worth. I am eagerly awaiting the next event.
