Both make for good reading, and I find they strike chords with me. I think that when Kevin talks of using the template of a reading to ‘make a congruence between ourselves and the moment in which we find ourselves’, he’s talking about what I’d describe as a kind of tuning process.
Tune your radio, and it picks up the signals already present. Tune your ‘cello, and it will resonate with the orchestra playing around it – you see the strings start to vibrate by themselves as it ‘joins in’. Either kind of ‘tuning’ is a good way to understand what divination can do for your awareness of, and availability to, the present moment.
