Hi precision grace - I feel this whole situation speaks of reservation and staying within the limits off oneself but you will find progress nonetheless. Progress either within or with this person or both.

The first answer leads you to H.35 晉 jin4, ADVANCING, INCREASING, PROMOTING, FLOURISHING. The old character depicts two arrows getting its target. Be said that arrows had a phallic sense. The fact that arrows fall from above means that they represent blessings from the Heaven.

H.35 says:
