Every creature develops the abilities he needs and loses the ones which are not challenged. For a healthy body and mind one needs difficulties. No self-confidence, wisdom, skill or the ability to put into perspective can be without experience. For a job one has to show one's credentials, the proof of one's experience. The same goes for life.

This is a good image of a self starter and problem solver.

In receiving Wilhelm's "enriched through unfortunate events", I've not always found the events to be unfortunate so much as challenging - see problem solver.

Curious, is this an administrative assistant position, or assistant to some department head?
