I will be starting the second paper of AAS 572 Topics of Asian Philosophy after I know the essay questions. I have talked to the professor, and she told me what I need to include and improve my clarity. I got a C on the first paper and fear that this class could jeopardize my graduate studies.

How well will I do on the second AAS 572 paper? 8.1.5 Seeking Union/Holding Together/Coordination to 24 Returning/The Turning Point/Recovery.
8.1 speaks of sticking with the subject of the paper.
8.5 speaks of following directions.
24 speaks of doing better than the first paper.
Is it saying that I will do well by sticking with the topic and follow suggestions?

What should I do to get a good grade on the second AAS 572 paper? 7 uc The Army/The Host of the Multitude.
Is it saying that I should use the resources from the university?

What is the likely grade I get for AAS 572? 13.3 People in Harmony/Fellowship with Man/Brotherhood/Friends/Beloved to 25 Without Entanglement/Innocense/The Unexpected/Sincereity/Integrity.
13.3 speaks of doing nothing.
25 speaks of success in any way.
Is it saying that the professor will delay giving a grade but will allow me to pass?

I see that the readings telling me to speak to the professor and work with others. Next week, I will be on break, giving me all the time to work on the paper.

How well will you do depends on how well you can get your act together(8). This paper gives you another opportunity to turn things around (24). Consider deeply how you relate to the paper, the situations you find yourself in and the people around you. If you make a good connection with all things that are beneficial for you there will be good fortune if you arrive too late to this meeting there will be misfortune.
8.1 - Putting in a sincere effort will be a good basis to start from.
8.5 - Set a good example for yourself - focus on what is important for completing the paper as best you can and let other distractions escape your notice.

To get a good grade stick to the task and focus.

Your likely grade depends on how well you can bring the whole project together - maybe even approaching how you prepare for and write the paper in a different way (crossing a great river)(13).
13.3 - talks of fears or mistrust of ' hidden armed troops in a thicket'. Maybe looking at things from a different perspective (climbing a high hill). Approaching this paper with a new wisdom you'll be more able to see why you are where you are right now with respect to your focus on grades. Hex 25 - Without Falsehood.
I see that the readings telling me to speak to the professor and work with others. Next week, I will be on break, giving me all the time to work on the paper.
It sounds like you already have a plan developed from the readings for giving this your best shot. Plus you already know what to do to get a higher grade after talking to your professor - "she told me what I need to include and improve my clarity."

...or it may mean nothing like this for you.

Good Luck

Thank you my_key, instead of writing a 25-page paper, I only have to write a 15-page paper and the paper is due until the last day of class as a graduate. One of the questions prompts the professor gave is straightforward. After lowering the requirements to make the assignment less rushed, I have more than enough time to write the paper and make the edits. We can send her the first draft to comment on how to make the paper better, which is useful for me since I got a C on the first paper.
