It is 49.4 to 63 (the title has a typo)

Would you please help me to understand this response? I know that normally we should no ask "yes or no" questions, but I could not help it this time...

I asked: "the situation as I see it right now, is it really like this?" (basically I asked this question in a state of disillusion).

49.4 speaks of inner truth and karcher says the line means, "Act and have no doubts."
This makes me think your interpretation of events is correct.
