Hi, I am buying a new house. It likes me very much but I cannot give them more than the money it worth. So now all it will depend on the deal: I will make an offer and I will see if they accept, relaunch, how much, and if is still ok for me. So I asked: will the deal be ok? Meaning will be ok for me? I'll get the house at a reasonable price? The answer is 58.2 to 25. It seems positive but I wonder what should I pay attention to and how to make this deal, since the changing line. It seems I will be able to do the deal (is not easy at all here in Italy...) but also could be I will have to pay more than I want? Anyway I do not see that they will say they are not interested... so it seems I will be able to buy the house. Please let me know what do you think! Best regards Mariella

Hi Mariella,
58.2 results in 17.
Which one did you get, 58.2 > 17 or 58.2.6 > 25?

In that case, I don't think the current deal (i.e. the deal you want, the deal you have in mind) will happen. One of the two parties here is sincere (58.2) and the other party is insincere (58.6). Be very careful with this home seller, as they want to fool you in some manner. Hidden line 17.6 shows that they do want you to sign a contract with them - but because it shows someone 'tied up' against their will, it's not an overall fortunate reading.

Thank you @diamanda. This might be because there is an agency and a seller. Could be that the agency wants to sell and the landlord decide she does not want? Or could that what it appears is that there are structural problems or defects in the house?

Your question was about the deal, so the answer refers to that - so, you won't get the deal you have in mind, and one of the two you mentioned is insincere. If you'd like to know exactly what the problem is, maybe ask something like 'what will be the problematic point for me in this house sale?'.

@diamanda thank you. I did what you suggested and the answer is 64.2.4. It seems I have to wait not that I will not buy the house. Or that I will change my mind and I will not be interested, so I have to strip away. Sounds good?

So the problem is (or will be) that there will be a very long delay initially (64.2), and then there's a war of some sort to deal with a hidden or invisible enemy (64.4). I have no idea what that could mean in practice, but it's something that is not visible to you right now. The hidden line shows rodents (35.4). The resulting hexagram also doesn't sound good for a house. In 23 "the lines of the hexagram present the image of a house, the top line being the roof, and because the roof is being shattered the house collapses". Sorry Mariella, I think this is not the right house for you.

It probably right: there is a problem in a wall. I will have to fox it and an expert told me also that in future I could have to strengthen the foundation of this wall. So I can ask this and put this element on the deal, but you are probably right. It is better to search another house...
