This afternoon, my dad received a text message regarding a suspicious transaction of an order at a Domino's pizza. I replied to the text that it was a fraud, and the card got restricted. I then logged into the account, saw a slew of suspicious transactions, called the credit card company, and disputed the transactions. The company said they would disable the old card and send a new card in five to seven business days. An investigator will send a letter regarding the decision made.

Who was behind the credit card fraud? 58.1.3.4.5 Opening/The Joyous/Lake/Complacement/Marsh to 46 Pushing Upward/Advancing and Ascending.
Is it saying that the perpetrator was doing it for enjoyment (58) that he will be highly ranked with the hacking ring (46)?

What will the credit card company do with the fraudulent transactions? 32.1.3 Lasting/Duration/Perservance to 54 The Marrying Maiden.
32.1=The company will continue to investigate the perpetrator until caught.
32.3=The perpetrator will make mistakes and end up falling into a trap.
Is it saying that the company will do what it takes to catch the perpetrator (32) where some things will happen while other will not (54)?

No idea about this one.

I think this shows that they will not do anything with a lasting effect. So I don't think they'll catch the perpetrator. However, they'll take some second-best action, i.e. maybe they'll refund your dad.

Let us know what happened.

Regarding the second question, I saw that the transactions that got caught by the company were declined. Several eBay ones are still on the account, but I feel that they will get credited.

It turns out the eBay ones got flagged as fraud.
