I have been studying the I Ching, and using its guidance through divination since 1969. I discovered the I Ching through a knock-off book I bought in a nookstore in KeeLung, Taiwan. Suffice it to say that it changed my life.
Recently, my meditations have been profoundly influenced by Dr. Joe Dispenza. And I have sought to heighten my enlightenment, self knowledge, and to manifest blessings by virtue of aligbing my "vibrations" with those things I have intended to manifest. Trusting that i can actually pull off such a manifest miracle eluded my skeptical nature.
BUT, I Ching offers both confirmation of the possibility as well as guidance on how it's done.

You CAN influence events by "bringing yourself into harmony" with the outcome you need.
This is an "ACTIVE CREATIVE PROCESS" WHICH "Focuses on keeping the channels open" FOR EXCHANGE BETWEEN INSPIRATION AND REALITY.
When you are "FULLY PRESENT...YOUR INTENSE INTENTION SHINES OUT LIKE A BEACON." YOU BEGIN THE TRANSITION INTO THE "FABRIC OF THE UNIVERSE AND THE WORLD" WHERE IT IS (ACTUALIZED AND) REAL.
BECAUSE YOU PERSEVERE IN YOUR INTENT AND ITS INSPIRATION, YOU ARRIVE AT YOUR FINAL (MANIFESTED) GOAL, OUTCOME, OR DESTINATION. IT BECOMES REAL.
BEGINNING A "CREATIVE ENGAGEMENT", not by "working on it" but by patiently waiting on it, and by "HOLDING YOUR FAITH"...
WE BIND THINGS: influences, Ideas, plentiful blessings like money, love and relationships, and people INTO THE FABRIC OF OUR LIVES BY INTEGRATING THEM INTO "OUR WAY OF LIVING" So that they are carried through into ACTUAL CHANGE.
