Getting a Specific date from I ching

I put my house on the Market and asked I Ching "When will my house sell?"

I got 18.2.3>23

When I read the hexagrams it didn't seem very promising. Any insight someone has to offer would be great.

I see only some (very) good news at the beginning of may, but i can't spot any sale.
( also there is something which looks like a prospective customer turning away for now but still producing the above news . maybe he will come back in may )
