Hello, All

I have a problem (well, several of them :)) coming up next week that I do have a tentative solution for (wish me luck with that, if you will :)).

The three questions I am asking are not re the problems themselves, they instead revolve around a person who is sent by a company that I just started with. This person doesn't really do anything I really need help with as was promised in the beginning, in fact, she is making some things worse (putting things away in odd places so I have to hunt to find them, hanging up clothes that are in the hamper to be washed, washing dishes that I don't need help with and have to redo because she's not very good at it). She is scheduled to come in for 5 hours twice a week, and most of that time is spent in her chatting to me. I feel like she's puttering and I'm entertaining her more than she's doing anything that I really need done :D

She is only the most minor of the problems I am working on. I do intend to ask the company for a different person after all the other issues are resolved. I am a little less assertive than most and don't like to cause hurt feelings, so am postponing that action.

But right now her lengthy presence (5 hours for 2 days a week) is interfering with my solving the others that are bordering on crises. It's like if you had a drop-in neighbor who you barely knew that stayed for the whole afternoon two days out of the week.

My questions are:

Q1. what result if i pause [company name] services until i handle [problems 1, 2, and 3]?

A1. Hexagram 27.5>42

"Rejecting the standard" (to me, using this company is the usual standard, and I really want to reject them for now) however, "Dwelling here with constancy" (stay with the usual services for now?)

Q2. what if i continue having d over at the usual times while i deal with [problems 1, 2, and 3]?

A2. Hexagram 24.3>36

"Repeated returning. Danger, No mistake."
I think I've read Trojina saying that this line means doing the same thing over and over, vacillating? Or in this case d's repeated returning is dangerous to my problem-solving time, but if it stays as is there is no mistake?

Q3. what if i ask [company name] for 5 days a week and 2 hours per day while still solving [problems 1, 2, and 3]? (this might resolve the issue of trying to replace d with someone younger, more energetic, and hopefully less nosy, as I understand she needs the hours to stay full time)

A3. Hexagram 1 uc

Does this mean it's a good idea, but may not get off the ground? Perhaps the company might say that they are not able to get someone to come fewer hours per day?

I think that A1, pausing the service (then asking for less hours per day and another person when resuming) sounds like the best option, except for that "Dwelling here with constancy" part.

I know this is a little complicated, and I know I just wrote a novella about it all, but I sure hope someone can give me a hand with this one.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

Option #2 seems to be the least advantageous, according not only to the reading but not less importantly to your description of the situation. Option #1 would make sense, but the time is not right - I wonder if maybe this issue will go away by itself, especially with relating 42? Option #3 sounds great but potentially not sufficiently effective - could you maybe talk with the agency and find an alternative solution to fit your needs? In other words, be even more creative?

I am new at this, but I'trying to say what I think.

Considering the reading option #1 is the best option, as you already said but changing line 5 suggests (according to my books of interpretation) that if you are going through different pathways (i.e.) if you reject "the usual standard" you should do it with support "if she abides firmness there will be good fortune". It is also said "not to cross the great water", so my guess is that your interpretation of staying with the usual services for now is similar to mine.

Considering the two hexagrams option #2 is not good, because - besides the meaning of the changing line cause # 36 talks about "brightness hiding" meaning injury.

About #3...Hex 1 (the Creative) is very powerful, but - since it doesn't have changing lines - difficult to be handled. So I think that this option is not at the moment very good.

I did my best, I don't know whether this has any meaning for you...
