Should I let go of someone 20.6 to 8?

I asked the ching if I should let go of a guy that have feelings for because don't think that holding on will lead to any good outcome. I'm having trouble interpreting the hexagrams that received and would appreciate any help that I could get with interpretation. Thank you

"Seeing" this possible union...I wonder if Yi's letting you know how you can tell what to do, and that might be by Seeing as objectively as you can, from as high a perspective as you can muster. Does that help at all?

Hex 20 can be similar to the tower in tarot. So big unexpected change, breakup sort of thing. But in this case it seems to be about your negative thoughts. Law of attraction stuff can help here, affirmations & what not, but ultimately what are the blocks to your self esteem influencing your negative outlook. Hold good boundaries for yourself, be positive, and for whatever reason I see hex 20 sometimes as “being seen” so do your best to look good!

So yes, as Liselle said, “see” it from a higher plane, one of your higher self, who knows you are worthy and who also can interpret things objectively from higher self, as in: how am I reacting to his behavior—out of fear of rejection or out of love, being open to love but also loving myself, which sometimes means putting yourself out there and sometimes means pulling back to protect yourself.

Hi Liselle and ElleKaye, thank you for your interpretation. If I understood correctly, hex 20 is telling me that I need to evaluate objectively and look within myself to understand why things are the way they are. Hex 8 would be about going with the flow, I could put myself out there but I should also know when to pull back to protect myself. So, basically, if I use this time to reflect deeply, that might be a possibility of a union?
