Hexagram 1.1,2,4,5 to 52 please speak to me about the best support for my son to embrace Life again🙏🏼

HelloI have read and enjoyed these posts for years, this is my first post.

My 19-year-old son has been struggling with depression and anxiety and despair. For years now. He has been in and out of therapy (currently out, because he doesn’t see the point).

There’s a line from a Rumi poem,
“The stars come up every night spinning, bewildered in love. They’d grow tired with all that revolving if they weren’t. They’d say, ‘how long do we have to do this?’”

My son frequently lets me know that he doesn’t feel connected to that feeling of love, that he feels exhausted and does not want to keep “spinning.”

I do everything I can to keep my heart open and maintain my balance in the face of his despair, and offer/ provide any and all supports he will accept.

I have thrown many a hexagram regarding how to best support his healing. Tonight after listening to/ speaking with him, I worded the question little differently, and asked:

Please speak to me about the best support for my son to embrace Life again. I received hexagram 1.1,2,4,5<52.

Receiving hexagram 1, pure creative energy, feels very resonant—that divine creative spark/flow is exactly what he’s lost his connection to . And 2 of the 4 lines speak about seeing great people — which is immediately meaningful in at least two ways: first, during our talk this evening, I was encouraging him to go back to therapy and to take any step to open to Life outside of his (mostly painful and looping) thoughts. And second, I decided to take my own advice and reach out to y’all in this warm and insightful community.

I would be grateful for any insight into this casting . Thank you in advance

Therapy isn't necessarily the answer.
There maybe be no actual cerebral reason. My son went through this at the exact same age.
It's heartbreaking for us mothers, we feel it 10,000 times more than the child who's experiencing this state of being.
At the time, for my son, I got him onto a thing called Creative Essence.
Message me if you'd like more information.
In answer to the reading....
You need to get in touch with YOUR creative self as opposed to trying to find resolution for him.
Hex 52 - just let him be him....

The answer you received, as I see it, has many layers.

H1 is trigram Heaven doubled and H52 is trigram Mountain doubled.
What strikes me first is that feeling/emotions are not represented in H1<>H52.
Trigram Heaven is the cerebral, the thinking, the rational. Trigram Mountain is turning inwards, closed off and both trigrams are doubled in your answer.
Together, H1 andH52 show what you yourself thus describe, there is no contact with feelings/emotions.
H1 <> H52 simultaneously presents the image of a lot of yang energy that cannot be expressed. Heaven, the pure yang, is directed outward, it wants to express and Mountain prevents that, it works as a lid.

The nuclear hexagram of H52 is H7: trigram Water under Earth. This advises allowing the emotions/feelings (Water) to flow and learning to be open to the environment (Earth) again.
H1<>H52 also has a positive message, as it shows that potentially there is a enormous creative energy (H1) available, that can be given form (H52).

What kind of therapy is your son receiving?
A therapy that only involves talking does not seem to me to be the right one in this case, because then everything remains very mental again, everything stays in the head.
Based on H1<>H52, you would rather think of a therapy where in things are done physically, where expression and working with the body are the main element in order to get back in touch with feelings. Anything to just get out of the head and thinking.

This would be my interpretation. I hope it is of some use to you and your son.

Hello, first a disclaimer that I am not a mental health professional, and do not know you or your son personally. So whatever pointers you see in this post, if they resonate with you, feel free to make use of them. If they don't feel free to take another direction.

Hex 52 seems like a good description of where your son is now: not able to feel the love of others (not seeing your people) or of himself ( not feeling your body).
Hex 1 as primary with lines 1,2,4,5 is a very beautiful picture of the self rising up again, from being underwater, to tentatively coming out in the open, daring to jump, and finally taking flight. It could be a picture of a mind and soul healing and being happy.

So how to go about it, which is what you asked.
Line 2 speaks of seeing the great man
This may refer to therapy ( a good idea) but it might also mean help putting your son in touch with what is great in himself. An interest, a passion, something he would love doing, and maybe excelling at. Artistic, athlethic, scientific, working with animals or plants...really whatever is suited to him. When people have a real interest in life it can counterbalance many dark thoughts. So maybe you as his mother can help him find something that gives him a sense of fulfilment and belonging? Then the trajectory of lines 4 and 5 might be possible.
