Hexagram 39 - Again, is it positive or negative?

Hi my friends,

Since I didn't want to ask a "yes or no" question, I asked the IC the following question in order to determine if I should do it or not:

How will he act with me if I ask him the question I want to ask him? 53.6 > 39

I want to know if I should ask him my question or not. Because of the hexagram 39, I'm not sure I should. It seems that 53.6 is somehow positive, but it also seems that 39 is not. So, should I ask him my question or not?

um, I think he'd act indifferent, sorta above it all.

He also may have a sensitive side, such as being self conscious.

I agree with you when you say that he may be self conscious. From what I know of him, he is like that. It could be how he would act. If he acts indifferent, it's not a bad thing. I was more afraid he would run away or be scared.

It suggests that the idea will prove to be a mistake on your part as it suggests that you will indeed alienate him and cause problems.
